Snowshepherd Leather Ski Guide Pro Mittens colour Tan with reinforced palm, thumb and fingers, were designed and tested on our Chamonix Off Piste Ski Courses, they have individual fingers inside, which makes them super warm for the coldest of days.

New reinforcing on the palm and thumb area for this season, following feedback from heavy rope users, they are now super bullet proof!

These new mittens are based around the Kinco 901 mittens from the USA, however we have improved on them, by adding a waterproof Hipora® membrane, plus our gloves are 100% leather not pigskin, so they are soft straight away and much easier to live with. We have also added a extra long cuff, plus leather tab that folds back inside the glove to provide even more durabilty when taking your gloves off.

The leather is pre-treated as well, so they have good water resistance, use a Nikwax top up over time to keep them nice and supple and the leather water proof. We supply free Nikwax with each pair and recommend that this is applied before use, to maximise the life of your gloves.

So what else is new with these gloves, well, we have a full range of sizes, from XS small to XL, this is a first for this style of glove, so finally a ladies size! Plus with the membrane and the construction they are pretty much totally wind proof so no more chilly drafts creeping into the seams.

Insulation is Thinsulate TM we have gone for a super level of warmth on both the gloves and mittens, we believe they are warmer, if thats possible, than the competition.
